Pentlock was started by Michael Howard - Kyan in 1985 on return to the UK after 4 years in the Cape Town Office of Richard Ellis, the International Property Consultancy Group
Pentlock initially commenced activities as a property development company in 1985 and undertook the acquisition and refurbishment of the following luxury apartment schemes in Bath:

In the early 1990s due to the recession a decision was taken to commence general building contracting operations rather than continuing with our own schemes.

Currently Pentlock employees total 9 and annual turnover is approximately £1,000,000 per annum
Pentlocks Office is in the old Coach house in the Grounds of Combe Lodge, Michaels House
